About 5 Portuguese theatre companies: History and time define what the theatre is. The lives forming inside of it, by the transcendence of an only personality, for another to appear in the same body, are the main sources for the events of a generation or culture to be told. All these phenomena happen in a place where, either in the hands of who works inside of it or by the public who travels before him, gets transfigured – the stage. Five societies, five ways of making and living the drama:
